Outdoor banner stands are available in both retractable and non-retractable styles. The non-retractable styles have hollow bases that can be filled with sand or water for stability in the wind, or other style of weighted base. The retractable models have support poles with springs that can flex in the wind and support feet for stability. Portable flag stands also have weighted bases of some kind and hold tall, vertical flags that can be single or double sided. Single sided flags can be viewed from both sides, but the image and type will be reversed on the back side. This category includes the popular feather and teardrop banners, as well as other vertical flag and banner poles. Pop up a-frame banners are fabric displays with a spring steel or fiberglass frame that gives the display it's shape. They are double sided and are excellent for use as directional signs, branding, and promotions. They are great around sports fields as they look solid but competitors can't get hurt if they run into them because they will collapse and spring back to shape. They are popular at product demonstrations on golf courses and as tee box markers at driving ranges and golf tournaments. Canopy tents make great outdoor trade show displays and fit perfectly in a 10' booth space. They can be solid color or custom printed and make for a great presentation, especially when combined with other outdoor displays such as feather banners and pop up a-frames.
