The Expolinc Case & Counter Base Cover is a black plastic trim that wraps around the base of the Case & Counter to conceal the case and wheels between the bottom of the graphic and the floor and provide a more finished look. This trim is included in any Expolinc Case & Counter kits, so this part is only necessary when a replacement is needed.
