Custom Antimicrobial Cloth Face Mask

These custom printed reusable cloth face masks are dye sub printed on antimicrobial polyester with an antimicrobial inner stretch fabric layer for comfort, and for creating a pocket to hold the replaceable PM2.5 filter that's included with each mask. The masks feature HeiQ V-BLOCK antimicrobial textile treatment. This FDA certified treatment uses a special combination of silver and vesicle technologies to kill microbes such as viruses and bacteria so they can't live on the surface or multiply. The treatment is good for at least 30 washes at 140° or below.

Made in the USA, these masks are printed and sewn in-house for consistent quality. The combination of antimicrobial fabrics and PM2.5 filters means these masks offer excellent protection and satisfy any masking requirements outside of medical use.

The masks are available in 3 styles to suit differing preferences. The classic pleated style that mimics the classic surgical mask, the fitted style that's a very common style for cloth masks, and the 3D style mask that's a different shape created for maximum comfort. See the photos for this product for examples of each. For solid colors or repeating patterns, all three styles work well. For branding with a company name or logo, each style can be made to work, but the fitted and 3D style masks provide more open space for a larger message.
